I have just purchased a web cam "EZ Virtual Cam 2.0" and seems not to be working on my laptop, whereas it does work on my laptop. The pop up window in my laptop reads the following: "Access violation at address 013F6245 in module 'EZVirtual Cam.ax'.Read of address 00000000."
Can anyone help me with this? What does this message mean? Is the camera faulty?

This is a problem with the software. It seemes there is something missing or the installation failed. My advice is to perform a fresh installation of the software, then install NET Framework and Visual C++ Runtime.
